Sereniva Studio · Reformer group classes. Please read these studio policies before reserving a class or purchasing a package.

Class policies

Bank transfer and proof of payment must be received no later than 12 hours before the class begins. Payments are arranged outside the website; payment at the studio is not accepted.
Classes last 50 minutes, with a maximum of 3 participants per session.
A class runs only when at least 2 participants are registered.
If a class cannot run because only one participant is registered, the session credit is not forfeited. The package expiry date does not change.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Please notify the studio at least 12 hours before your class to cancel or reschedule. A bundle credit is returned for an eligible cancellation within this deadline; the original package expiry still applies. Later cancellations or rescheduling forfeit the session credit. Money is not refunded.
Late cancellations and missed classes count as a used session.
Completed purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded. Under the studio's policy, payments are non-refundable.

At the studio

Anti-slip socks are required during class.
There is a 10-minute late-arrival allowance. After this, you cannot join the class.
For clients who are pregnant or have recently given birth, the studio recommends starting with a private class so the session can be adapted to their needs.

Reservations, payment & packages

Reserve through WhatsApp or Sereniva Studio's official website.
Payments are made by BCA bank transfer and must be completed to confirm a booking. Contact the studio for payment instructions.
Packages are personal: they cannot be shared, transferred or used by someone else. Each bundle-credit booking is for one place for the package owner.
Bundle credits become available after an administrator confirms receipt of payment. The package validity period starts at activation.
